This initiative has been organized by ARCA for Palma citizens, residents and visitors to get to know the neighbourhoods of Palma and its historical trust. It will also be held in Italian by linguist Cecilia de Grazia on Saturday 22 February and in Catalan by historian Xavier Terrasa on Saturday 29 February.
The food sampling will be prepared by Chef and caterer Diana Ferreira, who will "bring back" some traditional dishes according to recipes found in history books. "This is the perfect way to get to know your history," explains Diana Ferreira. "It was fun researching and recreating the sampling we will serve at the end of this tour," she adds.
